I had one made from covercraft out of their "noah" material. It's shaped for the cab with pockets for the mirrors, elastic around the front bumper & winch, with plastic rivets back by the running boards to keep it tight I use a separate cover for the bed because it's a flat bed with sides. Not cheap, but very much worth the money. I still cover it with a tarp when it rains to keep it dry and to keep the cover in good shape. With the cover, the tarp goes on & off in minutes with some plastic spring clamps with no dragging across the paint.

I bought it through a Ford RV center in CA, so they still have the patterns for reference if it's what you're looking for. Not cheap, but it's good enough that I bought a spare for future use. Same deal, good truck, stays outside because I don't have a place tall enough to get it inside right now. Weather in CA not severe either.
