Are you looking for one for a dually or single rear wheel? I have always wondered if the newer dana 70's have what exact parts interchangability between the old 6 and 8 bolts, reason is i beleive one could buy a dana 70 with dodge factory disc brakes off of a newer truck and exchange the 8 bolt hole pattern axles for the 6 bolt hole pattern axles, one might have to change out the locker to get the spline count the same but it sure be cheaper than buying one of those conversions offered and buying chevy parts as well to complete it. I have seen some weird stuff down here in mud truck central florida, usually at a mud bog u see 1000 chebby, 2o ferds and about 5 dodge ram diesels all usually with the rockwwell axles and 36 to 48 inches of lift. What i see a lot of are the old 200 and 201 and 205 transfercases clocked to get most favorable driveshaft to to axle angle going to the rockwells rear ends. What made me take a second look at a dodge diesel the other day was a dana 70 that had been modded for a dodge diesel mud bogger. The owner blew the dana 80 in his 2001 4x4 bogger and found a old w300 in a 1 ton dodge of some kind, anyway, he had welded the bolt holes up and had them redrilled for his 8 bolt hole mud wheel tractor tires he was running on the truck. I asked him why all the work on the rear end to adapt it, he said it had 488s in it facotry and a locker and rebuilt dana 80s were $3000 at the diff shop and he saved a ton by using the old dana 70 and welding up the 6 bolt hole pattern to use the wheels.
