M37 has all electric gauges, all 24 volt. None will work on 12 volt. Fuel sender has screws, not lock ring. M37 sender MAY work with a 12 volt Dodge gauge, I'm not sure. If you really want to use the M-series gauges, there are 12-to-24 volt converters available. I have not tried one, but I'm sure they work fine. Very little power is needed.
