Check Ray's M715 front disc brakes for the W300. The only thing different (W300 vs. M715) are the bearings and seals. Supposedly if you change the bearings and seals, you can even use the M715 hubs on the W300.

The rear M715 kit will not work out of the box. The rear does not work very well with the different spring position on the W300, one of the caliper pins can't be inserted.

I have spoke to someone who modified Ray's rear M715 kit for the W300. "engineering changes including spacers for the rear axle flanges. So that fine adjustments could be made, allowing centering the pads and caliper on the rotor. So there is equal pressure applied from both the inside and out side pads on the rotor friction surface. Also I made an improvement to the rear caliper plate, that the caliper would not have to be totally removed from the mounting plate. Only the bottom caliper bolt be removed and the caliper just hinge off the rotor to replace the pads."

Paul (inNY) put discs on his W300, not sure if he started with Ray's kit.
