Thank you for that discouraging, but no doubt accurate information. I need to get the truck running and use it this fall, so I really don't have time to track down yet another obscure part. Hopefully it will run tolerably without the vacuum advance. I'll get the number off the distributor and hunt for a replacement over the winter. I'm not sure how anybody could rebuild one since the housings are rolled together. Maybe grind it apart and then solder or glue it back together or something.
