Bruce;

The pictures are the NP-205 in my M37. I made templates of the bolt patterns right and left on the rear of the NP-205. I used the NAPA 602-1258 transmission isolators which are 1.250" thick and 3.0" diameter with 7/16 studs out both sides.

I made a cross member running frame rail to frame rail. Then using the templates and measuring carefully (counting all the little marks on the measure stick) and taking into that measurement the of the Isolator.....and wanting a slight load on the isolators, I came up with the exact vertical dimension I wanted. I wacked the
NP-205 support mounts out of .250" stock, broke a 90 degree on the bottom for the isolator to bolt to. I did this on both sides. Now the NV4500HD is the main rear mount and the NP-205 is just supporting mount. My Power Giant is basically the same concept, just a slight different mounting.

The NP-205 in my Carryall had side bosses for a mount that went to the frame with isolation. My Power Wagon uses the divorced NP-200 so no issues there.

These are the best pictures of my NP-205 support scheme. Please ask if you have any more Q's

Another picture follows........
