It all depends on how it happened and what was attempted afterwards. based on the description of the truck, I'd tear into the engine by pulling the intake and valve covers, based on what you see, then likely the heads.
Push rods, valves, head damage, pistons and sometimes cylinder wall damage, again it all depends on how it happened and what they attempted after it locked.
If the truck is that nice an engine rebuild and you should have a nice ride to sell and gain some money.
