I doubt the material cost will effect the price. The set up labor is the biggest concern, I have to do a detailed drawing, the cutters have to CAD it into their computer. I plan on eating any difference in material cost. I've got verbal commitments for enough sets that I really don't want to hand file that many, so laser is the way for me to go. And of they do well on eBay, I may farm out the sewing too, though I am getting to enjoy that part too.
