On the tractors we have here the draw bar can be moved 12 inches either side of the PTO.This alows trailing pto equipment to be off set so you can for IE off set a haybine so you can strattle rows,with the tractor and keep the haybine cutting the maximum width.The allowable angle on a standard cross and roller u joint is 7 1/2 dergrees with two u joints thats a total angle of 15. Any more angle than 15 degrees the drive shaft begins starting and stopping a reaction.Nature of u joints I dont know the theroy behind that but thats what I am told.junoir copey
