Trouble in Power Wagon Land

Hello everyone:
Lately been hearing a ticking sound from the motor area.
Saw that the fan was hitting the bottom rediator hose clamp.
I removed the power steering pump to gain access to the motor mount, thinking the rubber mount was maybe compressing.
After removing that I saw ALL of the front motor mount bolts, grade 8 Six lines on head are snaped off in the block.
Dont appear to be any damage to block or threads. Truck has the 318 poly conversion. with Rays front mount which is fine.
Any one have any ideas or suggestions so this dont happen again. Thanks Bill
