w300 6 lug wheel id question??

Can somebody tell me if these wheels on this w300 can be duallied, this truck at one time had some oddball dual wheel size on it, anybody know what these wheels came off of and if it could be duallied again with these 6 lugs they have installed?? How about the miror install, are these correct for a w300 dually or not?? Pretty rare truck that would sure look great with a utline bed of some sort.
