It totally depends on the tire diameter. Listen to the others on the aping height. The body in the rear is set on 1/4" rubber pads. I can not remember the height of the blocks between the cab and frame at the front of the cab.

I currently have 38"+ tires on my carryall and they look just fine.

Just put the body on the frame and check the spring height. There is no standard distance between the top of the tire and fender. It looks silly with 33" or less tires. If you do that it looks like a modern truck with the typical tiny doughnuts they call tires these days.
