Make your own indicator.

Put somethin heavy on the floor next to the hub and rig up a clamp or bracket attached to it. put a machine screw or bolt in it so it just is a hair away from the drum. Just watch the gap as you turn the drum. This will be a visual reference to how much wobble you have. The gap should remain the same as you rotate the drum.

Also, buy a little drum type sander attachment for your drill and run it around the inside hole on the brake drum. Don't remove metal, just remove the rust scale and dirt. It will allow your drum to slide on the hub easier and ride truer on the hub.
