One of my rear springs on the brake adjustment cams is frozen to the bolt and the cam spins freely. I've sprayed it with penetrant, tried to hit the spring using a hammer and a screwdriver. Won't budge. I don't want to heat the spring, that would probably free it but kill any life in the spring if it has any left. Anyone run into this situation?

Is there a source for the cam/spring assembly for a '55 FF if I have to go that route? I would replace the whole brake support but that means cutting the rivets and replacing with bolts, I'd rather not do that.

Speaking of springs, this is a picture of a new set of front springs I ordered. The spring shop had found a manufacturer who had blueprints for the original spring. I asked for a copy of the blueprint and was told no way.
