PW/M37 Wheels

Can anyone here post a blueprint or line drawing showing the face of a PW/M37 wheel with specs on center hole diameter and lug stud diameter; the type of print or drawing that you would supply to a machinist so that he could cut a plate that would mount to the face of PW hub/drum assembly.? I know I've seen one before but I can't seem to find it in my literature. Thanks, Scott.
