420 tranny, floor boards different?

I've got the correct center/ tranny cover, for forward shift tower. But the right side floor board hits it about an inch too much for the bolt holes to line up.

The right floor matches well to the other truck, which has a 'before' crash box.

Books only show one r'h part. Are my books wrong, there are more than one right side floor? Or is my cab so warped from the sun? ;^0
