The steering box rebuilders are telling me that there are all kinds of variants in regards to not only direction the shafts turn but worse, the position of the notch and splines on the sector shaft relative to the mounting location. There could be a lot of 4DC47 boxes, but if I get the wrong one, the vehicle will only turn one way or will turn more one way than the other. This is getting to be a bigger mess the further I dig into it.
