I went to the Kansas Drivers license with my daughter in law armed with her US passport for proof of married name and Us residency.
The line was a mile long and most people were rejected and were told to come back with a marriage cert or whatever.
When her time came she was immediately rejected and when she insisted the clerk said they had never seen this kind of I.D. and called for a manager who then accepted the passport.
They don't care. They have taken on the cops new approach. "What ever happens I am going home to my family tonight".
