Those "bell" joints were very common on class 6.7.and 8 trucks. I have rebuilt hundreds of those. You should no problem finding all new parts at a heavy truck dealer such as Navistar. I bet I still have a handful of those square wear blocks in my toolbox. A trick we used to do to tighten up the slop in the steering was to carefully pull the two ends apart keeping track of the wear blocks. Rotate the square wear blocks 90 degrees, grease, and reassemble. they only wear on two sides of the block so the other two are like new. This still does nothing for the bell grooves but it will buy some time till new parts can be ordered.
