Sorry, I can't help much, but from what I've seen of CUCVs they have a hybrid electrical system that's part 12 volts (the Chevy Blazer part) and part 24 volts (the M-series military stuff). I've never worked on one, but it looked like quite a kludge to me. I couldn't tell you which voltage the starter or lights are. If they were being sensible, they'd have kept them stock (12 V) and just used the 24 V for military stuff (radios, trailer, etc), but I have a hunch it's not that simple.

If you need any side rear windows, I have some NOS ones cheap.
