toyota frames are the weakest frame on the market. go watch the Ford videos on youtube from about a year or so ago where all brands of 1/2 ton trucks competed in many tests. toyota was laughable on the frame test. and in many other tests was just not in the same league as the Dodge and the Ford. A new tundra wieghs 900 lbs less than an equivalent dodge. typical under engineered japanese design. that works for many things but not trucks. I think dakota wieghs as much as a tundra.
