Need Help!.....Turn Signal Wiring.

I have fender mounted front turn signals on my FFPW. I want to retain them...To me, they look period-correct. Any Ideas on how to run, mount, and protect the under fender wiring? I have no faith in stick-mount devices and definitely don't want to drill the fenders for wire clamps.

I've been fortunate in having ripped the wiring out but once, that due to snow and ice. I'm curious as to how dealerships and independent shops addressed this issue when adding turn signals, as fender mounting was quite popular. All I've ever seen has been 'dangling wires', tempting fate and waiting to fail.
