IIRC, a grease gun makes 5,000 psi.

A handle 12" long, squeezing with 50# of arm pressure, 12:1 leverage means 600 pounds on the piston. Piston is about 1/8 square inch, so 600x8= 4800 psi.

Last project, the grease was hard as wood. I had to remove the zerk and drill it out, fill with liquid oil, than install zerk and pump the grease gun.

I think the gizmo might work for a zerk that is plugged itself, doubt if it would do much for wood, over the usual grease gun.
