above. The fire was beyond belief. My son got a call from his wife of 2 months in a panic mode. He got in his truck drove thru roadblocks to his house to get his wife and he said the fire was like Armagedon. It was in the air and spreaidng faster then people could get out of it's way. They're with us now until the evacuation of their area is lifted. He was able to stand on a hill with a set of binocs 2 nights ago and see his house which is still close to 3 fires that IF they can't keep those under control, his house will be added to the burn down list. Things are taming down now, at least no big smoke plumes like before. But the damage is beyond belief. My hats off to EVERYBODY who have gone beyond anything to work their butts off in firefighting!!!!!!! Except the present administration who shut down a big aviation fire fighting company in Sacramento that took roughly 20 planes out of fire fighting commission. Twenty planes would have made a BIG difference.
