Im not looking for a hens tooth, just the standard 3rd member that comes from the 50s one ton 2 wheel drives. I know they are smaller and not not as tough, but they will never be challenged. I also know they I will need to trim a 1/16 from case to inset correctly. It was asked why only 1. -because I already have 1. My truck is completely altered-to include,v8, tit power stering, 4 wheel power discs, centered rear, 205 transfer, 2in. extended cab, a.c, custom 17in. wheels,37in.radial tires. 6 way power seat. I have a 4 speed manual trans, so I am tying to get a good rpm range for gas mileage. I plan to drive truck daily. Thank you all for the responses. p.s. still looking.
