Speedo gears, changed.

Took about an hour with hand tools. I jknow that I went the rigth way, and cant see how it isn't going to make the odometer read correct, but I intend to check the speedo with a borrowed Tom-Tom gps.

Anyhow, the 5 & 16 teeth combo for 4.88 with 7.50 replaced a 4 &14 combo that was for the 9.00 x 16 with 5,83. It should suit my 11.00 Michelins. The parts had numbers on them that didn't line up with my PW parts book, so we don't know fersure that the '42 1/2t WC gears work or not. You may want to change the 'nut' that the cable screws to also, had to turn the shaft on my lathe.

Ebay has a 1/2t set, with housing, for $29, but he doesn't say what model. Maybe he'll count the teeth? Keep the housing to save freight?
