Duane, I enjoyed getting to know you and Jackie at the rally. I never appreciated what back pain was like until I made the wrong move myself a year or so ago. No doctors, but it took months to turn me loose.
You have my sympathy and prayers. Rest and regular, gentle nightly rubs with "Tiger Balm" seemed to make it better in the mornings.
