The 205 behind the Getrag had a 29 spline input shaft(same as getrags output) and a larger input bearing.The adapter had a larger bore to accept the larger seal and the case had a larger bore to accept the larger bearing.
All other Dodge maried trandfer cases have the smaller 23 spline input shaft.
