I think the early one. The WCs say 55. its all about RPMs. you are just under 3200 at 55. 3200 and above is where the oil film on the bearings starts to get thinner. that is one reason running long distances over that rpm is not recommended. but you are not hurting anything if you keep it within spec. I run mine when things are rebuilt at 50 to 55 with total confidence and have never had engine failure. they are designed for it but our ears are not.
