So with half the pistons NOT at the bottom, 2 quarts ought to fill it.

The other 3 1/2 galons poured into the intake manifold and out the tail pipe into the muffler.

You can remove a plug in the intake and drain it. Dropping the exhaust pipe and pour it out of the muffler is a good idea too. Even then, if it ever does start, it is going to smoke really bad for a really long time.
