I have a 2003 Ram 2500 with the HO Cummins, 6 speed, 4.10 differentials. Around here, I get 20 + and up to 21+ mpg. When towing my gooseneck with old iron on the trailer, I am running 16 to 17 mpg on the Interstates. However, I get best fuel consumption at 65 MPG with is 2100 Revs.
