At my hotel were two State Police Vehicle Enforcement SUV's. Yesterday I heard about a trailer from WY that had only two tie downs, one front and one on the rear of their PW when it came into town. That will most certainly get their attention, and be cause for them to further inspect your load. So lets be smart about this and tie your stuff down like it should be according to the law.
