And I just attended the memorial service for Marine CPL Keaton Coffey Monday. He was the only child of one of my colleagues from Portland Fire Bureau. This service affected me more than any other in years including my own Dads 5 years ago. It took me back to my own days of '68 and the loss of 6 of my comrades from 2 different platoons. This was really unexpected.
