In the Best of the Forum tab above, there are two sections, Picasa and How to post pics in the forum. Read those. Basically, you need an outside hosting source to upload your pics to. I have PhotoBucket. When you have them all uploaded, each pic or each album will have a direct url assigned to it, cut and paste those in the appropriate url boxes as you compose a message. I tried all and Photobucket seemed easiest. Each picture has a box with its direct url and each album has a box with its url
