He includes tabbed lock washers with the bolts. If it's good enough for the military it's good enough for my truck!
Plus they're long enough they have a nice thick shank that be at the shear line.
Another alternative will be Summit or another of the auto suppliers, but their studs will probably be from someone like ARP. Great stuff but $$$$.
