And, the nuts themselves are unique. Best to just get the whole set from someone like VPW. They are not that expensive, although the cost for 12 would add up.
I do, however, remember seeing that someone had used a bolt (not a stud) to secure the lockout to the hub.
Boxes of the studs sometimes show up on ebay for very cheap.
