It is a 8,000 lb. or so, up to 10,000 lb. depending on the shear pin, PTO winch made for flat mounting. It is nearly identical to a MU2 except the front and rear anghle irons are level, so it is more "universal" in application than the MU-2 with it's higher front than rear, which is made primarily for the WC 3/4 ton, 1 ton PW and 2 ton HW trucks. The "134" you mention is the particular part number for the part into which that number is cast.

Your winch can fit onto the front of many Dodge trucks, like a W200, W300, W500; behind the cab across the framerails of many trucks; and at the very rear of the W300 and W500 between the straight frame rails. I have one each of the equivalent and nearly identical flat mount MU-3 at the front and rear of my '68 W300. The rear winch is handy for pulling inoperable vehicles onto a flatbed trailer.
