reasonable price for winch set up

I fellow called me last nite and offered me all the winch stuff for a LU4 (pto transfer, shafts, bumper extensions, split bumpers, etc) for 1500 dollars. I have seen the winch and it appears to be in like new condition. Is this reasonable or high?? Thanks for any opinions given.
