dallas, dean here, i have a 72' pw,w-200, i bought new, 360 motor 2 bbl carb,always got 10 1/2 mpg, broke a timing ,180k,s i rebuilt the engine,r v cam,and 30 over on the cycl., at that time i installed a gearvender overdrive , mileage went to steady 15 mpg, i now have 390ks on this motor,other than a few dozen 'u' joints , water pumps,3 radators ,motor mounts,ect.ect,, but the O. D. was well worth the $$,this is a 4 speed, dean in bishop, ca..
