Well It depends on what you wanna use the truck for.. The M-37 for what it is, has some of the best handling of any truck...They have a great suspension, expecially for off road and washboard dirt roads. The brakes leave alot to be desired tho. and you have no top end with it. They are easy to work on and tons of fun

Now for a all out work truck, the M-715 has a top hand on the M-37. The M-715 has a larger payload capicity. In my opinion that make the difference. The M-715 handles better on high way.

Now The M-37 Makes a good take back in the woods hunting buggy. They climb hills good and are fair in the mud (stock form). With the right type of tires, they do really good as snow plow trucks too.

If you were to take a M-715, pull and chuck that 230 OHC six and drop in a Ford 300 six (I know somebody suggested using a 292 Chevy, but I have run lots of 300's with very satisfactory results) you would have one heck of a work truck..THe M-715 makes a great snow plow truck. Also alot of M-715 parts can interchange with the Jeep Gladiator and J-series trucks from the early 60's thru the mid 80's. And having Dana axles, more gear change combos are possible.

I would like to use the M-37 as my back woods huntin buggy and occasional drive, and have a M-715 to use as my work truck.

Just my 0.02....
