Well I just spent 79.00 on (1) U-Joint for my 46 Dodge. The guy who had it before me tryed to unfreeze the engine by pulling it behind a truck and popping the clutch. So where the spline at the end of the tranny meets the drive shaft only 3 bolts were on the yoke plate and it ripped off one of the metal straps that incase the u-joint thus ripping out that sides cap and bearings!! Anyone know where I could find one of these straps cheap? I hate to buy one over 20 bucks. They may be made to fit at a tolerance of 0.04-.06. The power wagon has the same straps on her but I will not steal one from my only running 4x4. Thanks for any help!
