Dave, If you look the lighter frame is missing the cover over the out side of the center bar. Just used to hide and protect the joints. I went out and looked at all of my trucks(4) and extra frames(3). Only one had the screw on hinge, it is one of two for 1/2 WC closed cabs. All of my PWs(5) have them welded. Are there holes in the lower frame, inside for the opener tape to screw to. If not is there a hole on the inside near the bottom of the center bar, if so it is for the closer hook of the 1/2 ton WC.
