I think you will be OK up to at least 85%. I ran a 1989 Pontiac Bonneville on e85 for 10,000 miles with no issues. I then ran it on gasoline for another 10,000 miles with no issues, so the E85 didn't seem to dissolve anything, or cause any other issues.
