Hi Ron
I was cutting a 2x6 for the side boards with my Hitachi compound miter saw. The board put the saw in a bind and it kicked back and the blade hit me across my wrist. Cut the nerve in two, cut the tendon to my thumb 60% of the way through, and hit the wrist bone. But it missed the artery, which was good. And it was my left hand, which was also good.
