always a major concern. the pictures i looked at didnt show much more than surface rust. i would have no problem paying 3500-4000 as is depending on how far i had to go to get it. sometimes it costs more to get it going than the truck itself costs. if any doubts, wait!! time will tell and hindsight is 20/20.. happy hunting!
