Oh, the Spokane paper had them finding it in a room in the cop shop where they were voting, or something like that. Was it really even a cast of powder, or just a powder box with truck parts and pack rats in it? I've never seen a news story where I knew anything about what happened that came close to getting it straight. In the old days, they'd dispose of that old powder by taking it out in the open, pouring diesel over it and setting it on fire, but I suppose nowadays it's a major federal operation.
