I should have none it would not be easy, but I seem to like the challenges.
I considered placing the 1/4" protrusion on the inside as you stated, and on the sides it would be easy enough. On the front and rear the angle supports I installed for the floor boards would have to be cut and addressed as well. Will have to look at it a little more.
