the flathead mopars are one of the most produced engines in history. so parts are still reeadily available. napa usually stocks the tune up parts. what would you need on the road for an engine besides tueneup parts? maybe fan belt?, in stock at most parts stores. water pump? unlikely to fail bad enough to leave you stranded. I hear that statement alot over the years about the theory of "hard to find parts" but have never in 20+ years of driving flathead powered Dodge 4x4s never gone home on a hook. and I used to drive them 10K plus miles a year at times. remember we are not talking fords or toyotas. :/) DODGE DEPENABILITY!!
