I picked the truck up in Drumheller in May of 2011 and trailered it to 70 Mile House for the summer. Truck was used by the City of Red Deer as a municiple vehicle in their gravel pit for years. Desert conditions preserved the majority of the body, rust in the cab forward mounts is the biggest repairs to do to the cab. Original ID pltes and fasteners every indicatesd it had never been apart before. It also had a Ford rear axle which I replaced with a late war WC axle and did the brakes. Started up right away, says 27K on the odometer, rebuild tag on the motor states all STD sizes, not sure if original as there is no S/N stamped in the block. I moved the truck to Vancouver in Jan 2012, where it is getting a full restoration, its pretty well down to cab and chassis now.
