So, it is close enough to you to go see? I would love to hear your impressions of it after you see it in person. It is 500 miles from me. He couldn't/wouldn't take any better pictures, so it made it hard to see any details.

I agree, any Carryall is a worthy project if you can get it for the right price vs condition.
